4th Annual Fall Spooktacular Announced

The 4th Annual Fall Spooktacular stock car racing event will be held Saturday, September 29th, at the Davenport Speedway, located on the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. The Spooktacular is presented by the Quad Cities Racing Connection and Quad City Salvage Auction.

The event will be highlighted by a $1,000-to-win feature in the 4-Cylinder Stock class. Also racing will be V-8 Modifieds, Street Stocks, B-Mods, Hobby Stocks, and Mod Lites.

Over the last three years, racers from seven different states have taken part in the Spooktaculars, with the high car count coming in 2005, at 202 entries. The high car counts have helped make the Spooktacular one of the biggest single-day racing events in the Midwest.
