Darwin C. Kohl II: Cedar Rapids, IA

Darwin C. Kohl II otherwise known as Chip was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on November 8, 1967. Chip graduated from High School and then went on to attend Hawkeye Tech in Waterloo, studying Police Science. Growing up on a farm kept him busy and he continues to farm today along with doing construction work. Chip stands 5' 11" tall, has black hair and brown eyes. Chip and his wife Holley have a 3 year old son DJ who will probably grow up to be a racer too. The first time Chip tried his hand at racing was in 1996 at Tipton in the Hobby Stock division, and he came in 4th, he was hooked. His bigesrt influence in life is his Father and on the track he credits the Dolans, Ryan and Roger for there smart driving skills and patience. Chip enjoys the racing, playing golf, and spending time with his family. You can see Chip race at Tipton International Raceway and other Eastern Iowa tracks, and you may find him at the local Pizza joint listening to KISS or the Doobie Brothers on the Juke Box.

A picture of the team Chip owns the car and is helped by some loyal and hard working friends. Chip says that without them, and others it would be tough putting the car on the track each week. Thanks Team!
