Spooktacular Proceeds to Help Benefit Cardiology Services
"The rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated", states Spooktacular promoter, Brad Roelandt.

Roelandt underwent heart surgery a few weeks ago, but says all systems are 'go' for the 4th Annual Fall Spooktacular, a dirt track stock car racing event. The race will be held Saturday, September 29th, at the Davenport Speedway, located on the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds.

Spooktacular Places Spotlight on 4 Cylinder Racers
The 4th Annual Fall Spooktacular will be highlighted by a $1,000-to-win feature in the 4-Cylinder Stock class. The Spooktacular, a dirt track stock car racing event, will be held Saturday, September 29th, at the Davenport Speedway, located on the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. The event is presented by the Quad Cities Racing Connection and Quad City Salvage Auction.

Davenport, IA (September 7, 2007) – Matt Ryan pulled off an upset win at the Davenport Dirt Classic, Friday night at the Davenport Speedway. Ryan got inside race leader Eric Gustaf in the final corner on the final lap, taking the lead, the victory, and the $2000 top prize.
